We are looking for a marketing specialist and call center manager. The new start-up company will be engaged in agro-culture product and we are also introducing several new other products in Zambia. In the beginning, work from home, later from the office when a full team is assembled.

We are looking for:
1. Experience in introducing a new product to the market.

2. Knowledge of marketing strategies operating in Zambia.

3. Able to quickly react to problems that arise and solve them.

4. Have ideas on how to find new customers and support existing ones.

5. Able to use Facebook/Google Ads.

6. Able to create content of products for social networks.

7. Ability to manage a team of more than 10 people.

8. Having leadership qualities.
