Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics and Chemistry from Grade 8 to Grade 12.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials aligned with the ECZ syllabus.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, assessments, and practical activities.
- Monitor student performance and provide remedial lessons.
- Maintain classroom discipline and prepare learners for examinations and JETS fairs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education specialising in Physics and Chemistry, or BSc with Education.
- Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better, including Mathematics, Science, and English.
- Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practising licence.
- Qualifications verified by ZAQA.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience; Grade 12 examination-class experience is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and ICT skills.
