Job Description

As a Stock Controller at National Breweries Plc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our stock records. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving and inspecting incoming materials, maintaining up-to-date inventory records, and monitoring stock levels to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials, spare parts, and supplies.
• Maintain precise inventory records and continuously monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Issue materials strictly against approved requisitions while documenting all stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts, perform reconciliations, and investigate any variances to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and ensure all stock handling complies with safety standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when necessary to meet operational demands.
